Rainforest Canopy

The most extreme thing that I have ever done is Rainforest Canopy. It was a really extreme experience for me because I am a chicken-hearted. It is not as extreme as other like Sky Diving or Hangliding, but it was really extreme for me. Rainforest Canopy is a sport that it is usually practiced in very mountainous and forested regions, where you can find high trees and rivers.  In this sport you are clipped in a zip line whit a harness. The zip line is suspended high between two trees and each tree has a platform. I practiced Canopy in Colombia, in the Coffee’s Park. It was about 5 years ago and in this place the zip line is 80 feet high of the ground. I had to climb a very high ladder for go up, and when I was on the platform I just gained momentum and started to fly between the trees. I felt a lot of vertigo when I was flying, because I could see the river down and I was crossing through the trees. Sometimes I thought that I was going to crash with them. The speed that you can get when you are flying is about 70km/h and I felt like if it was 200 km/h or more. When I finished flying I was in shock but at the same time I was very excited. I did it two times more since that. It was amazing. If you have the opportunity to do it, I suggest you that practice Rainforest Canopy. It is a great experience.
